In one of the finest and exceptionally quiet locations in Altbogenhausen, this high-class residence was completed in 2019, set among grand detached villas. The brief for the planners was to create a clear, purist fusion between modern architecture and the historic period-building surroundings.
The intelligently designed cubic building is enriched by the use of classic louvred shutters positioned above the traditional local window surrounds. This architectural device gives the building a character that is both timelessly modern and charmingly residential.
The floor-plan concept, developed by LAUX ARCHITEKTEN, was also executed to the highest standard. Two independent apartments and one townhouse were created across up to three different levels within the beautifully landscaped plot.
